Appointment Policy
Please allow 5-10 minutes to complete your questionnaires and consents prior to your appointment. Arriving late to your appointment cuts into valuable time needed for evaluation and treatment. We will do our best to complete your treatment in the allotted time. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this may require rescheduling in order to provide the best possible service. This will be considered a late cancellation- please refer to the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation/No show Policy
At Hera Skin and Wellness we have a firm Cancellation/ No Show policy in place in order to protect our practitioners’ time and livelihood.
We understand that unanticipated circumstances can prevent our clients from making their appointments. We are so very sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions in these instances. We deeply value the time of both our practitioners and clients. We ask that you understand that our practitioners are booked out weeks to months in advance and last-minute cancellations do not allow us adequate time to fill that opening in their schedule.
Any client who cancels their appointment within 24-48 hours will automatically be charged to the credit card on file as follows:
Medical aesthetic appointments:
- 30-59 minutes – $50
- 60-119 minutes- $100
- 120+ minutes- $150
Esthetician/wellness appointments:
- 30-59 minutes – $30
- 60 minutes- $50
- 90 minutes – $75
Any client who No Shows or cancels with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged to the credit card on file as follows:
Medical aesthetic appointments:
- 30-45 minutes – $75
- 60-119 minutes- $150
- 120+ minutes- $200
Esthetician/wellness appointments:
- 30-59 minutes – $50
- 60 minutes- $75
- 90 minutes – $100
In the instance that a client no shows or late cancels 3 or more times, the client will be required to pay in full for their future services at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. However, if the client wishes to reschedule their appointment more than 48 hours in advance, the pre-paid amount can be credited toward any service at Hera.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services provided at Hera Skin and Wellness. We have talented practitioners who take every measure possible to achieve the desired results for their clients. However, we cannot guarantee that expectations will always be met given that results can vary quite significantly from one client to the next.
If a client would like additional treatments to achieve their desired result, they are responsible for purchasing additional services.
Treatment packages cannot be refunded. However, clients who opt to forego treatments that were pre-purchased in a package can apply the remaining credit to another service offered at Hera.
Pet Policy
The staff at Hera loves all animals! However, we must ask that you leave your pet at home during your appointment. Any client who arrives to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal will be asked to remove the pet from the practice for the health and safety of our clients.
